Our Story
Purecooking Academy was born from a simple observation: most people want to eat better, but they don't know where to start. The gap between nutritional knowledge and practical cooking skills leaves millions frustrated, confused, and ultimately defaulting to convenience foods that don't serve their health goals.
Our founder, together with a team of experienced culinary professionals and food educators, created a comprehensive approach that bridges this gap. We realized that teaching cooking techniques without understanding ingredient quality, seasonal availability, and flavor development was incomplete. Likewise, discussing nutrients without showing how to prepare delicious meals felt sterile and disconnected from real life.
Today, Purecooking Academy delivers practical, hands-on education that empowers students to build lasting healthy eating habits through the joy of cooking. Our courses are designed for real kitchens, real budgets, and real people—not laboratory conditions or unrealistic expectations.

Why We Do This
Cooking is Empowering
When you cook from whole ingredients, you are making a choice at every step. You control quality, portion size, flavoring, and nutrition. This control translates to confidence in the kitchen and better decisions for your wellbeing.
Food Connects Us to Nature
Understanding seasons, local sourcing, and traditional food preservation keeps us grounded in natural rhythms. We teach cooking not as isolated technique, but as a bridge between the land, the table, and your body.
Food Brings People Together
Cooking and eating together is one of humanity's oldest traditions. We celebrate this in every course, helping students build social connections and family moments around the table—something increasingly rare but deeply valued.
Our Achievements
Comprehensive Curriculum
We have developed a structured, progressive curriculum that takes students from kitchen fundamentals to confident meal planning and flavor composition. Our courses integrate cooking technique, ingredient knowledge, and sustainable practices into a cohesive educational experience.
Student-Centered Teaching
Every lesson is designed with real learners in mind—busy professionals, families on budgets, people who have failed at cooking before. Our instructors focus on building confidence and celebrating small wins, not perfection.
Community Building
We've fostered an engaged community where students share recipes, ask questions, and support each other's progress. Many students report that the community itself becomes as valuable as the course content.
Sustainable Sourcing Education
We partner with local farmers, producers, and sustainable suppliers throughout Italy to teach students how to source ingredients responsibly. Our students learn not just how to cook, but how to support their communities through conscious food choices.
What Our Students Say
"I came to this course thinking I could never cook. Marco's teaching is patient and clear, and within weeks I was preparing meals I'm genuinely proud of. More importantly, I discovered that cooking is not stressful—it's actually meditative and joyful. This course changed how I think about food and my health."
Francesca Martinelli
Bologna
"As someone who travels constantly for work, I always defaulted to takeout. Taking this course forced me to slow down and reclaim my kitchen. The practical approach—no fancy equipment, just technique and knowledge—means I can cook anywhere. My energy and focus have improved noticeably."
Davide Gallo
Milan
"I enrolled to learn how to cook for my family without relying on processed foods. What I found was a supportive community and instructors who genuinely care about student success. My kids now ask to help in the kitchen, and we eat dinner together almost every night. This is worth so much more than the cost."
